Everything written here may drastically change over time. Please check back on a regular basis to see if there are any changes to our terms and policies.

By interacting with AniSocial, through direct means, third-party apps, or federation, you agree to the terms and conditions set by this TOU.
Any part of the TOU may change without prior notice. The date in which the TOU changes is indicated on the footer of this document.
The TOU applies to the interaction of AniSocial users with federated instances. Likewise, be aware that many federated instances also have their own terms and policies which must be observed by all AniSocial users when interacting with these instances. The TOU applies to the interaction of users in AniSocial from other federated instances.
By interacting with the instance, you agree to the following:

You will not interfere with, disrupt, or damage the instance and its associated services.

You will not deceptively impersonate another person or entity.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

By enabling "Show NSFW", you are 18 years old or the equivalent legal age of your jurisdiction and you agree to see content that is "Not Safe for Work".
Additionally, you will abide by AniSocial's policies, such as the Content Policy, the Privacy olicy, the Bot Policy, and the Federation Policy, which may be found within this document.
